Dear Friends,
Last night, we learned that the Supreme Court has voted to strike down Roe v. Wade, according to an initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito.
Should this leaked draft Supreme Court majority opinion hold, it would explicitly end federal constitutional protections for safe and legal abortions – nearly 50 years after Roe v. Wade was first decided.
Today my heart is with all American women who are on the cusp of having control of their own bodies taken from them.
I am filled with rage over this news but we should all be clear that this opinion is a draft: abortion is still legal today and people still have appointments and are getting care today. New Yorkers will and should continue to book their reproductive health appointments.
As the Supreme Court finalizes its decision, however, we cannot allow our anger to give way to despair or apathy. We must use it to fuel our actions and our voices.
Today at 5:00 p.m., activists and allies will be gathering in Foley Square (at Lafayette Street and Worth Street) to express our outrage at this decision and demand that reproductive rights be upheld nationwide.
We will also be wearing green, a color that demonstrates support for abortions that are safe, legal, and accessible for all people, especially racial minorities, LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, low income people, and those who are multiply marginalized.
This is a hard day for so many, but please know that you are not alone. We are in this together, today and every day.

Her plans for NY State include an OPEN Invitation to anyone who wants an abortion, paid for by NY.

Unaware perhaps that the suffrage movement and the Republicans of 100 yrs ago …. the Republican party as a whole …. had always been far more supportive of woman suffrage than Democrats. Last video, a speaker wearing a sweater with 1973 across the front, this woman began her remarks with: “We knew this was going to sneakily happen. ‘ We must protect abortion access. Commit to that today. We must support access to every single path of self-determination. She claims that even with Roe v Wade, abortion access has not been available to most people in this country — particularly black and brown, bi and queer folks. (She claims) available just for a small few .” ( aka white?) .
She proudly ended with, ” When talking of reproductive justice, we must follow the leadership of black women; latino women, ’cause this world ain’t right if they’re not leadin’ it.”
.Margret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood would surely be a disappointed by these claims of no access to abortion since her Planned Parenthood goal was to control the reproduction of blacks and Catholics.

Deconstructing our Constitution in 1973, and now the Supreme Court wants to restore it by returning the decision re abortion to the States. A few speakers acted surprised at how quickly this protest came together. Point of fact: this protest was On-Call, waiting for the Supreme court ruling.
Once the decision was in. The protest was ON.
Hundreds of the Hard Left gathered “in love, not hate”. The loving sign below translated, “Trump you are asshole”.
When it comes to the unions, they too opposed all things Trump.

Saw ex- NYC Councilman, Robert Jackson, who at a previous NYC Muslim Day Parade, proclaimed Harlem to be the New Mecca. Jackson joined the crowd – unnoticed- except for his very BOLD t-shirt, “Many talk the talk, Robert Jackson walks, the walk.” Guess he’s still running for office.

Just last night I was at La Guardia airport and I recorded CHILDREN, kidnapped in the night from Texas (who were BORN here) to be put in shelters and to potentially the foster care and never reunited with their families. (crowd JEERS) I don’t wanta know who you would have been at the time of Japanese internment, or at the time when we refused Jewish refugees, or at the time when we deported over two million Mexico (sic); when the border never crossed them. Right? The border never crossed them, we crossed their country.
Who would you have been at the time of the civil rights movement. I’m asking you, “Who are you right now?” (odd cheers) If it is not clear to you, it is VERY clear to me.
This administration has a White, Nationalist, Supremacist agenda and they are implementing point after point.
The Resistance has momentum. But the bottom line is that they are winning. And every day they keep their promises to their base, who oppose our values and principles and OUR intentions of democracy, and equality and diversity in these United States of America.[2:40]

In the video, I caught the end of her speech as she mentions her grand-daughter’s sticker, “Nobody is Illegal“. (21:26)

This ban, unfortunately, will impact our standing globally. And so this decision was nothing more than a racist decision. At the end of the Letitia clip, a Leftard Safety Patrol female attempted to control, aka censor, Univision 41 as they prepared to film the counter-protest.
She repeated (referring to the counter protestors) “ … they don’t represent us … we are asking that you focus over there.”
The Univision reporter stood his ground as he gestured to both groups and then … despite her “plea” … proceeded to interview the counter-protestors.
As I left crowd behind, I passed a public trash can already sporting the tossed meme of the day (AND some predictable reading material illuminating their intentions). Patriotism was NOT their meme …. of the day.

BOTH claiming to be Proud Americans. Patriots who are RECLAIMING America. Saving our Constitution…. from those hateful, racist Republicans. Are you buying what they are selling? Maybe not, but sadly, there are buyers.
These two women, one elected to office and the other aspiring to do likewise, speak for the Progs. – not the average Americans. The Soc/Commie Bernie Sanders Left who masquerade as patriots and (of course) the MSM, the press LOVES them. So, too, does the next Gen. Primed to resist, for the revolution.
Danger lurks in the hearts of the Millennial/Alphabet Gens that they court. Fed a steady diet of lies. propaganda. fake news. fake history . They respond passionately with cheers. smiles and fist pumping. ready for CHANGE as they take to the streets.
I witness the same scenarios over and over nurtured at protest after protest by their Comrades-in-Arms: Insurrection. Treason. Fed to the masses through our media, our entertainment AND our schools. Better Red than Dead? NOT!

We should be ashamed that there are people living in refugee camps – victims of terrorism and violence. And we are telling them that they do not belong here and can’t come into our country. I say we have to stay loud and outraged every single day.
I am fueled my perpetual outrage at this administration.
Sisters and brothers, our country has done horrific things to many communities BEFORE Muslims. We have a history of doing unthinkable things to communities … a precedent that our nation has set forth for different elements of our society. I want you to join me – to be part of the NEVER AGAINgeneration. I will not allow horrific things to happen to any community on my watch or on your watch.
So, there was NO partial victory. There was NO limitation to this ban. There was just a rejuvenation of what this administration tried to do from Muslim Ban 1, Muslim Ban 2.0 and now we’re at the Supreme Court.
AND for those who know the history of the Supreme Court, THEY DON’T ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING.
If we have any folks resigning from the Supreme Court anytime soon – guess what – on the record – and this may not be the most professional thing you ever heard me say, WE ARE SCREWED.
If we have resignations in the Supreme Court at this moment – all of our issues – from marriage equality, voters rights, reproductive rights, abortion, to immigration, to this ban – are ALL going to be rolled back.
I want you to stay woke. … as our black sisters and brothers teach us : outraged . informed.”

Until we have health care for everyone who needs health care, women have full agency of their bodies, until we have immigration reform, until we end mass incarceration and UNTIL we become a nation that welcomes ALL immigrants in this country, until then we are NOT the greatest nation on this earth.
