The Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), is a global initiative to fight epidemics, that launched at WEF in Davos on January 19, 2017.

Back to, Thurs. March 4, 2022, as safeschoolsny gathered on the steps of the historic NYC  Tweed Courthouse.

UPDATE: March 5, 2022. Unfortunately, these mask-nuts got a partial victory:  NYC kids under 5 will still have to wear masks in school when mandate lifts! “Mayor Adams said, “In daycare, in pre-k, in those areas where children are not vaccinated…we have to still take the precautions that’s needed.”[NY Daily News]


However, beginning MONDAY March 7, 2022, they will not be so happy about these freedoms REgained.

“Starting Monday, New Yorkers will no longer need to show proof of vaccination for indoor activities like dining and kids won’t have to wear face masks in school anymore, Mayor Adams announced as coronavirus infections continue to drop statewide.” [NY Daily News]

Feb 17, 2022. Noon. Hard Core Leftists – Climate activists gathered outside the 2022 New York State Democratic Committee Nominating Convention at the Times Square Sheraton Hotel. 


As Democrats met inside, to choose the un-elected Gov Hochul to run for election, the climate-commies were outside …

…  reminding Hochul that she promised to make NY State an all ELECTRIC State; to BAN fossil fuel aka GAS. And she needs to do that NOW!

Ampry-Samuel said New Yorkers must take steps to fight climate change that scientists blame for mega-storms like Hurricane Ida and Superstorm Sandy.

“Sandy destroyed my home because of fracked gas that does not stay in the earth. It’s adding to the climate change going on,” storm victim Rachel Rivera said.

Proponents say the ban will significantly reduce the burning of fossil fuels, which drives climate change. Opponents say it’ll cost thousands of jobs and could lead to city-wide blackouts.

Mayor Bill de Blasio called the bill a historic step toward the goal of reaching carbon neutrality by the year 2050. Developers negotiated a delay until 2027 for buildings taller than seven stories.

More Climate lunacy. On Joe Rogan, Andrew Dessler, a climate change  biggy, refused to debate the pros/cons of his position.

Staying true to his word, Joe Rogan brought Andrew Dessler the “other side” on to represent the mainstream narrative on climate science. When asked if he would ever debate Dessler states “I won’t debate the science, the science is set”. Sound familiar?

So, basically, Dessler claims there’s no way for him to be more convincing than someone saying the opposite. His argument boils down to an appeal to authority. And yet he wonders why people aren’t convinced by pronouncement of fact versus someone willing to explain and debate.

.You Tube. This No Mask Mandates Protest aimed at Hillary and Gov. Hochul was outside the hotel (along with the Commie Climate Loons) while the Democrat convention met inside. The hard core lefties were also demanding a Gas Free NY State. While I covered the Climate Loons, the Hillary Protest disappeared. (They reappeared later to heckle Hillary as she used a side entrance) Sorry I missed that)

UPDATE Feb 23: At a presser, NYC Mayor Adams insinuates he is planning to end the mandates and forced vaccines.

Mayor Adams hinted Wednesday that he will soon roll back the city’s coronavirus vaccine and mask mandates for indoor settings as infection rates continue to drop across New York.

The mayor didn’t give an exact timeline for when he envisions ending the longstanding pandemic precautions, but told reporters at an unrelated press conference in Brooklyn that rescinding them is a top priority for him.

“Yes, and I can’t wait to get it done,” Adams said when asked if he plans to phase out the city’s indoor vaccine mandate for dining, fitness and other activities.

“Yes, and I can’t wait to get it done,” Adams said when asked if he plans to phase out the city’s indoor vaccine mandate for dining, fitness and other activities.

“I look forward in the next few weeks to going through a real transformation that I don’t have to wonder what you look like. I will know what you look like again,” he said, motioning to masked reporters in the room.

From bad to worse as this Canadian tyrant sent armed police in to the un-armed crowd, with the shameful co-operation of the police—just following orders —  as they trampled peaceful protestors under horses hooves.

What follows is a list of some of the Canadian passport mandates.

Quebec had the most stringent vaccine passport.
Most provinces and territories have passports that apply to restaurants and bars, cultural and sporting venues, and some limited non-essential retail.

Quebec was the only one to require it in big-box retail spaces such as Canadian Tire, Walmart and Costco. This requirement was short-lived, with Quebec announcing Feb. 15 that vaccine passports will no longer be required in big-box stores and provincial liquor and cannabis outlets.

Quebec has had many of the most stringent public health measures …  it was the only province to implement a curfew.

British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Yukon stand out as having the most stringent vaccine mandates in the country. Without vaccination, people can be put on unpaid leave, with the possibility of permanent dismissal.

Voluntary proof-of-vaccination programs also exist in the Northwest Territories, while Nunavut does not have a vaccine passport in place at all.

British Columbia, the Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and the Atlantic provinces have not yet announced a calendar to remove the vaccine passport. (A calendar to remove the vaccine passport) something that Saskatchewan (Feb. 14), Ontario (March 1), Manitoba (March 1) and Quebec (March 14) all have done.

 Saskatchewan has had some of the lowest stringency of public health measures. Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe announced recently that he plans to abolish all COVID-19 measures, with the province’s vaccination passport first to go on Feb. 14.

Premier Moe asserted in a recent message to Saskatchewan and Canadian truckers that “vaccination is not reducing transmission” despite consensus from public health experts that “vaccines both reduce transmission and severe illness”.

“Artur Pawlowski of Calgary was arrested Monday after he gave a speech last week at the Smugglers Saloon in Coutts, where protesters have been blocking travel to the United States on and off since Jan. 29. (He is) being blamed for extending the blockade at the Coutts border crossing.”

A video of the ‘offending’ speech posted online shows Pawlowski telling the crowd that “for freedom to be preserved, people must be willing to sacrifice their lives. This is our time. If this is our Alamo, then so be it,” he said.

(Johnston) called Pawlowski’s words an “overt threat to violence.”

“At no time did [Pawlowski] tell them to block the roads, he told them to remain and protest,” (Haggerty) in arguing for his client’s release.

Jan 6 Political Prisoners of Biden Admin File Formal Complaint w/ UN Human Rights Committee

At noon on Aug. 27, 2021, outside the United Nations in New York City, Look Ahead America (LAA)and Citizens Against Political Persecution (CAPP) announced they will present a joint letter to the United Nations Human Rights Committee to investigate and demand relief for the Biden Administration’s January 6 political prisoners.

Speaking,  Matt Braynard, Executive Director of Look Ahead America and Cara Castronuova, Founder of Citizens Against Political Persecution (CAPP) regarding their  Formal Complaint. They are demanding sanctions against key Biden Administration Officials.

From the complaint:

“Today I write in support of basic human rights for a specific group of Americans who have been disparately and inhumanely treated by their government – singled out, imprisoned, and even physically abused – because of their political beliefs. As outlined herein, LAA has sought relief from several members of the United States government, as well as other U.S.-based human rights advocacy groups. We have been largely ignored, and human rights violations continue unabated, with no relief in sight. Those avenues exhausted, and in recognition of the United Nations’ long and prestigious history of human rights advocacy, we ask for your review and consideration of these prisoners’ plight.”

Matt Braynard, Executive Director of Look Ahead America, made the following statement:

“Not only do we urge the United Nations to investigate this abuse of human rights, but we ask that other governments hold US officials to the same standards US officials have held others around the world. Just as the US government has imposed sanctions on foreign leaders whom they allege have fallen short of international norms, we urge government around the world to impose travel restrictions and financial penalties against President Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and other US government officials who involved in this gross violation of human rights.”

Cara Castronuova, Executive Director of Citizens Against Political Persecution, made the following statement:

“We here at Citizens Against Political Persecution have been fighting for the January 6th detainees for months now. The government continues to unconstitutionally detain our fellow American citizens and we feel that submitting this letter to the United Nations is the next logical step towards justice. Hopefully the United Nations hears our plea, as we are the voices of the unheard political prisoners right now who are not able to speak for themselves.”

Vaccine Passports  are authoritarian, illiberal and wrong. 

“A group of anti-vaccine protesters showed up to the opening night of Bruce Springsteen’s “Springsteen on Broadway” Saturday, holding signs against the theater policy that required show attendees to have proof of vaccination by a WHO– or FDA-approved vaccine.” (Newsweek)

“Protesters held signs including “no vax passports” and “Bruce Springsteen is for segregation on Broadway.” The small group also shouted slogans such as “stop segregation” as attendees arrived for the show.” [Newsweek]

.Part 1 video: As the protestors approached the theatre, they chanted “Vaccine Mandates Got To Go!” they squared off across 44th st, challenging the concert-goers in front of the St James.

“Those of us who have healthy immune systems should be able to enjoy these freedoms just like anybody else!”

“Between a pro-lockdown govt that ‘may’ temporarily lift some restrictions for a few weeks only to reimpose them in the autumn & a pro-lockdown ‘opposition’ that wouldn’t lift restrictions at all, even temporarily, we have a phoney war going on at present.”

Considering there was a glut of media outside, there were just a few published reports of the protest; not what I expected.

Just google “no vaccine passport protest Springsteen” to find links to articles, but most simply linked to Newsweek, making no mention of the counter- protest til I found “app.com”.

“Bruce Springsteen fans were not the only ones at the St. James Theatre on Saturday for the first performance of “Springsteen on Broadway” since the COVID-19 pandemic. About three dozen, vocal, anti-vaccine protesters were also outside the theater on Saturday evening. They voiced displeasure that the show is seating only fans who have been vaccinated from the novel coronavirus.” [app.com]

Unfortunately,the NY POST photo, taken outside the theatre, was labeled as only “FANS”?  No mention of the protestors.

The next picture shows more closely the protestors vs the audience stand-off. Plus, this was a loud No Vaccine Passports protest, so reporting them as only “Fans” seemed an odd omission.

Part 2 video  The exchanges were personal regarding the vaccine passport segregation, the discrimination, as they chanted, “My Body, My Choice”. The signs they carried, many were people who took the vaccine to “protect their grandmas” and ended up dying. “They believed in that vaccine and now they’re not here.”

Part 3 video. A war of words as ‘instigators’ from the audience-side confronted the protestors by spilling into and blocking the street. “Shame on you” was now the protestor chant as the police sent everyone back to their own sides with  another protestor chant, “Hey, Hey, Ho, Ho, Vaccine Mandate’s Got to Go.”

Part 4 video. The protestors continued challenging the people waiting to enter the St James theatre who were apparently regarding the photo posters they held. These  “… people who actually died from the vaccine … if you are laughing at them, then you’ve got to be really sick in the head. And I’d be ashamed to be standing next to you …”  THEN, a guy RAN passed us towards 8th avenue and the crowd went after him shouting “shame on you”. (Never found out why) But, the result was the protest was now closer to 8th avenue (in front of the Majestic Theatre) Two women were busy with “Try the Magnetic Challenge”. Offering  Free Jewelry to anyone who was magnetic (from the vaccine).

The black woman at the end of the video, unfortunately her accent was difficult to understand, but she was obviously upset. “You can’t enter a Broadway show … unless you’re vaccinated. And you guys think that’s okay? What country is this? I wanta know… is this Communist China? This is United States of America …. and now freedom is being taken away from America…”

”This sort of discrimination is ethically repugnant. What have the un vaccinated done to deserve to be placed in this sort of under-class … (because they) happen to have opted out of the Covid vaccination program?”

“The show was attended by all the beautiful vaccinated people. Gov. Murphy was there as were “Little” Steven Van Zandt and U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg with his husband, Chasten Buttigieg, as reported by Theaterly, and a sold-out house of vaccinated fans according to the rules set by the theatre  …. and the Boss.” [NJ101.5]

What sucks is that I agree that the un vaccinated are the new target of segregation and prejudice. I don’t understand why those that got the COVID shots should care who else did if they’re protected from the virus. But in today’s world, it’s not about what they choose to do, it’s about making sure that you do it, too.” [NJ101.5]

Jujamcyn Theatres, the company that operates the St. James, stands by this decision, even after the protests.

“One of the things we’ve learned this year is that the health of each of us depends on the actions of all of us,” Jordan Roth, President of Jujamcyn, tells TheWrap. “My health depends on you, and yours on me. That’s what it is to live in a community.” [The Wrap]

”If we look to other regions where indoor hospitality has been opened up a long, long time ago, we do not see higher spikes in hospitalizations in those regions, nor do they perform significantly worse than regions with indoor hospitality shut down. Sweden kept indoor hospitality open throughout the vast majority of the pandemic, yet experienced among the lowest age-adjusted excess mortality levels in Europe, lower than Netherlands, Northern Ireland, France, England, Austria, Spain, Belgium, and Italy, all countries with protracted lock downs.

Similarly, Florida opened up back in September 2020, while instituting protective measures for its care homes, and ended up with lower age-adjusted excess mortality than many lock down regions, such as California. Texas opened up completely in early March of this year and saw no spike in cases or deaths (in fact, they declined).
