NYC Presser: Impact of the Muslim Ban on Yemeni-American families.

“Yemeni-Americans shared their experiences trying to reunite with their loved ones stranded abroad and facing immigration hurdles caused by the ban and a war at home. CCR highlighted the key findings of the new report, including how mass denials of waivers to Yemenis in Djibouti demonstrate that the waiver process is merely window-dressing on a racist and discriminatory policy that targets and separates families and must be struck down entirely.”

Right, Pamela?” Guess she’s never gotten over the fact I exposed her Intifada NYC t-shirt in 2007.
Mentions World Refugee Day. Three more years of Trump. Maybe less if he gets impeached and repeats the usual misinformation regarding “native ” Americans, “No one has a claim to this land except the ‘native’ Americans (and mentions what we did to them).

They concluded the presser reminding everyone that on this day and next week as well, “Whether or not we receive a Supreme Court decision on the Muslim Ban, join us in standing together with the Yemeni-American community to say #NoMuslimBanEver.”

What is the purpose of the House doing good immigration bills when you need 9 votes by Democrats in the Senate, and the Dems are only looking to Obstruct (which they feel is good for them in the Mid-Terms). Republicans must get rid of the stupid Filibuster Rule-it is killing you!
The border has been a big mess and problem for many years. At some point Schumer and Pelosi, who are weak on Crime and Border security, will be forced to do a real deal, so easy, that solves this long time problem. Schumer used to want border security – now he’ll take crime!
We shouldn’t be hiring judges by the thousands, as our ridiculous immigration laws demand, we should be changing our laws, building the Wall, hire Border Agents and Ice and not let people come into our country based on the legal phrase they are told to say as their password.”
The TRUTH, it’s a terrible thing to waste.
