Jewish Groups Stand Against Terrorism at Cooper Union

Beginning with a flashback to October 2023: a reminder of the Jewish students barricaded in the CU library while rampaging anti-Semites pounded on the windows.The outrage as expressed below should have brought a commitment for change from Cooper Union.

So, in the ensuing year,  “What did Cooper Union do to curtail the anti-Semitic indoctrination in their school?” From October 2023 to October 2024:Not much it would seem.

This day the Students For Justice in Palestine were promoting support for Palestine by selling T-shirts  … Made With  Love ….

IMG_5041 copy However, the SJP didn’t get to sell those T-shirts as easily as planned. They were unprepared for a counter-protest that bombarded them with, “Do you support Terrorism? Do you support Rape?”

The opposition – in support of Israel –  made sure the passersby heard the FACTS about the anti-Jewish terrorist organizations led by Hamas and Hezbollah that promoted hostility for Israel and the Jews.

Of course, the CU recruitment message was heavy with anti-Semitic propaganda  …  and LIES….  to re-cruit the naive, the gullible – THE UNDER-EDUCATED into believing the anti-Semitic hatred is FACT.

     Cooper Union has obviously let the anti-Semitism continue to fester. Believing that T-shirts are an act of love- not war.

WHY, one year later, are we witnessing a recruitment T-shirt sale for anti-Semitism on the grounds of Cooper Union? WHY is this OKAY?

The message : ENOUGH is ENOUGH! should have borne fruit.

“The Cooper Union was one of very few American institutions of higher learning to offer a full-tuition scholarship to every admitted student, a practice it discontinued in 2014, instead offering a half-tuition scholarship to each admitted student.[15] As of 2024, nearly half of its undergraduate students were attending on a tuition-free basis.[16] In September 2024 the school announced that for the next four years, all students (including current students) would not pay tuition for their senior year.[17][18]

InterNational Day of “al quds” demands Global Intifada Revolution!

In this 13 minute speech in Zuccotti Park from March 2024, she unloads ALL the agitprop that keeps her protestors fired up. It’s all they hear, over and over; always ending with THERE IS ONLY ONE SOLUTION. INTIFADA. REVOLUTION.

The co-ordination of the current riots in the streets of New York emphasizes how tightly rehearsed the Death to America and Israel terrorists have become. Masterfully scattering around the city. Spewing lies and propaganda to enhance the BS that THEY are victims of an out-of-control police force.

Meanwhile, on April 5, 2024, “Al-Quds” Day rolled around, again.  But this year there was a lot of standing around. They didn’t take stage on schedule. Also, there were more police than protestors for a crowd that was small and QUIET. This was an odd protest.

It was approximately 4:30pm when they managed to get one female on the truck leading some dainty chants.

So much time wasted setting up, unwinding power cords, while the crowd and police just stood around.  It was like they couldn’t go SLOW enough.

Seems that was the point. They misled the police into thinking they were going to be a bigger crowd marching to the Israeli Consulate … whenever. But, even that was off-schedule. Later, these Twitter-X posts revealed why the ‘al quds’ Times Sq protestors  dawdled: they were a diversion while the main protestors re-Occupied  Zuccotti Park.

Back to Times Square and my Flickr slide show of the very SLOW set up. It was 90 minutes of chatting and milling. Also, this protest added the 7 WCK workers as new propaganda.

Later, Ronan of Phuck Your Vax1, challenged  the “free free pali’s” in Zuccotti Park to go to Gaza, this was met with predictable silence. (there are F-bombs)

Last, on April 9 it was 6 MONTHS since the Oct 7 Massacre.

Even though Iran launched its first-ever attack on Israel with approximately 500 drones and missiles coming from the Islamic Republic …. Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the country, “Our defense systems are deployed, and we are prepared for any scenario, both in defense and offense. The State of Israel is strong, the IDF is strong, the public is strong.” [NY POST]

Protest OUTSIDE NY Times for blatant Anti-Semitic Cartoons

April 29, 2019 . 5:30 pm OUTSIDE THE NEW YORK TIMES. A protest holding the New York Times RESPONSIBLE for publishing this offensive anti-Semitic cartoon that appeared over the weekend in the International edition of the NY Times. (The Times’s international edition often publishes political cartoons, while the domestic edition does not.)


The cartoon depicted President Trump as a blind man wearing a yarmulke and being led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu  – in the shape of a seeing eye dog wearing a collar adorned by a blue star of David. (May 1: The New York Times claims to have canceled its contract with CartoonArts International)

As for the cartoon: It was drawn by António Moreira Antunes, a Portuguese cartoonist and originally published in Expresso, a newspaper in Lisbon, before being picked up by CartoonArts International, the cartoon syndicate. (The editor from The Times’s Opinion section who decided to publish the cartoon has not been named.)

 BUT, then, on Sunday …  another anti-Semitic cartoon. This was drawn by Norwegian cartoonist, Roar Hagen. Netanyahu was dressed as Moses holding a stone tablet taking a selfie; once again raising doubts about the paper’s judgement. [link]

SHAME ON THE NY TIMES!!

The protestors expressed outrage over the newspaper’s publishing of an anti-Semitic cartoon by waving Israeli flags and holding signs saying “NY Times feeds Jew Hatred” and  “NY (slimes) Has Blood On Its Hands.”

The protest was lead by a number of Jewish organizations [The Coalition for Jewish Concerns, Americans for a Safe Israel (AFSI), and a coalition of other organizations, such as JDL-NY]

With an impressive roster of speakers that included Assemblyman Dov Hikind, Prof. Alan Dershowitz, Rabbi Elie Abadie. They called for the firing of editors and individuals responsible for these outrageous cartoons. They also prayed for the victims of the San Diego synagogue shooting.

The NY Times has a 120 year old campaign of slander and bias against Israel and the Jews and even though the Times attempted to lay the blame for the cartoon on one careless editor, the entire newspaper and its owners are responsible.

Ambassador to the United Nations, Danny Danon said: “The words, the demonstrators and the cartoons turn into shootings against worshipers in synagogues.”

Update on May 5, 2019, proving words and cartoons do matter: Israel has been under constant attack by Hamas terrorists since Shabbat. Over 500 missiles have launched by Hamas terrorists targeting Israeli civilians. Three Israelis have been killed. Over 100 have been injured. Silence from the United Nations. No condemnations. Nothing. 

The shameful record of the N.Y.Times giving unswerving  support to the anti-Semitic, anti-Israel Congressional trio of Rep. Ilhan Omar, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Rep. Rashida Tlaib  reinforces that silence is no longer an option. We must actively combat the rising anti-Semitism in America and world wide. It must not be ignored. SILENCE IS NOT THE ANSWER.

SHAME ON THE NY TIMES! People must be fired.
