Further up Fifth avenue I saw Manhattan Borough President, “Scotty” Stringer (who yearns to be the next mayor), U.S Representative, Charlie Rangel….
And Police Commissioner Ray Kelly (walking straight at me !)
It was definitely a day of CELEBRATION.
