January 8, 2019. 4 pm. JDL-NY gathered outside the Jordanian Mission to the U.N. “Anti-Zionism is Anti-Semitism! Step Up for Israel!”
“In 2014, Jordan created a tile floor image of the Israeli flag, in one of their trade buildings, in response to their anti-Semitic allegations that “palestinians” are being abused by Israel. They desecrate the Israeli flag daily by walking on it.”
[“Last week, Jordanian Information Minister Cohuneimat walked on the tiled Israeli flag on her way to a government meeting inside the building. This was promoted on Jihadist media outlets. Israel issued a condemnation to the Jordanian government.
The response: Nothing.
Stepping on the Israeli flag is a desecration of our flag & country. It is the equivalent of stepping on all Jews. Anti-Zionism is anti-Semitism. We condemn the action of the Information Minister and the desecration of our flag. Protests have been held in Israel. It’s time for our voices to be heard.”
We Cannot Be Silent
As we arrived, we were met by the very polite NYPD Community Affairs officer AND a State Department Officer. Wow. What a surprise. They soon found that we were not there to disrupt, just to EDUCATE. We were there to the Stand up for Israel! AM YISRAEL CHAI!!
